Only core applicants can use their share of CPF housing grants to pay for the flat purchase. Occupiers will not be able to use their CPF savings (including any housing grants received) for the flat purchase, servicing of the housing loan, etc.

If you are liable for additional amount/resale levy/premium, you will be advised of the exact amount payable during the flat booking appointment.
The calculation does not include the insurance premium of the Home Protection Scheme (HPS), which will be payable if you use CPF to pay monthly mortgage instalments.
The payment plan for a housing loan provided by a FI is subject to the sole discretion of the FI.
If you are taking a loan from a FI, please check with the solicitor acting for you in your purchase regarding the mortgage on stamp duty and legal fees payable.
The fees as mentioned above are inclusive of GST, where applicable.
Housing grants will be credited to eligible recipients' CPF account. Only the grant amount given to applicants can be used to offset the purchase price of the flat. If the grant amount is given to the occupier, it cannot be used for flat purchase. Additionally, grants cannot be used to offset payment for costs and fees.
Net loan amount is rounded to nearest hundreds.
